1. What is the differnce between a Virtual Tour and 360° Spin?
Lets start with an simple explanation of what is a 360 degree panoramic spin. A 360 degree panoramic spin as the name implies gives the viewer a three hundred and sixty degree panoramic view of a given room or scene. The user can use their mouse or keyboard to rotate their angle of view within the 360 canvas, zoom in and out and get a perspective on the room or the scene.
A Virtual Tour on the otherhand is a combination of features that make up the complete Virtual Tour experience for a given property. A Virtual Tour consist of the the following (and more where applicable):
A picture slideshow with music.
The thumbnail picture gallery.
Detailed map with Walk Score information.
360° panoramic spins (if requested) So as you can tell, a 360° panoramic spin is simply a feature that is contained within the Virtual Tour, and forms part of the Virtual Tour experience.

2. How much it cost to get a Virtual Tour done for my listing?
Simply put, the pricing on my Virtual Tours is designed to save you money. I will not charge you a ridiculous price for a Property that is simply located within my vicinity. So if the property you would need me to photograph is in the City of Brampton or Mississauga.
In addition I offer 2 simple packages, depending on the size of the Property. A Regular package and a Deluxe package Most often the Regular package works for the majority of Realtors, with an add-on or two.
In the Regular package you get upto 25 High Quality Pictures, plus the complete Virtual Tour package. I will visit and photograph the property, as well as take care of the Virtual Tours. Sometimes the property may require more than 25 pictures say 30 or 35 pictures, which can be added on for a small fee.
Finally, don't forget that your first Virtual Tour package with Homes Virtual Tours is at a 10% discount.

3. Do you charge the same price, regardless of where the property is located?
No. While most Virtual Tour companies charge you a fixed price regardless of the number of pictures or the location of the property, their price point has to account for the maximum number of the pictures they could take, as well as the furthest they would need to travel to photograph the property. As a result their fixed price could be higher, and most often you pay un-needed premiums as well.

4. For how long is the Virtual Tour active?
Simply put your Virtual Tour never expires. It will remain online until the Property is sold. Once in a while HomesVTours.com will conduct an annual cleanup, and any out-dated Virtual Tours will be removed.

5. Where is the Virtual Tour hosted?
All Virtual Tours are created and hosted on www.HomesVTours.com

6.How much advance notice would you need for the appointment?
I will require at minimum 24 to 36 hours notice. Same day appointments can be made as well, if time slots are available. Please call for same or next day appointments.

7. How much time do you need to photograph a property?
Properties under 2300 sqft can take at-least 1.5 hours (one and a half hours) to photograph. If 360° Panoramic spins are also needed, then those could take a bit longer. In short the larger the property the more time I will need to photograph the property in its entirety.

8. How do I receive my virtual tour?
You will receive an email with links to your Virtual Tour. The email will contains links for the Virtual Tours.

9. How long it take to create the Virtual Tours?
After the Property is photographed, I will need some time to edit the Pictures and then create the Virtual Tours. Delivery time ranges anywhere from within 4 to 8 hours for smaller properties, and sometimes longer depending on the number of pictures and 360 Tours that are needed. The larger the Property, the more time will be required to edit the pictures and create the Virtual Tours.
